An expandable travel backpack uses a zippered gusset around the main body: closed, it's a compact daily or personal-item bag; open, it gains several centimeters of packing depth for trips. As an OEM/ODM factory since 1996 we build the construction to spec — expansion zipper, load-bearing seams, laptop compartment, USB pass-through, ventilated shoe pocket — with your logo from 1,000 pieces at USD 2–15 per piece.
The expansion zipper carries real load when the bag is stuffed — we reinforce the gusset seam and use zippers rated for it, because this is the seam that fails on cheap versions.
Compact mode can be built to the 18×14×8 in personal-item envelope (see the airline size guide), expanded mode for standard carry-on — one SKU covering both fares.
